Follow-up visits for a chronic illness.
Appropriate treatments for chronic disease.
Ideal nutrition for disease.
Control tests indicated according to protocol.

20% discount on veterinary services (visits and laboratory tests).
5% discount on products indicated for the disease.
5% discount on the ideal nutrition to control the disease.
